Banging British Beats
I am DJing a night of dance music from the UK, here in Ottawa, at Helsinki nightclub.
I used to DJ a lot of house/breaks/hard dance/trance in the UK and I miss it, plus I think Ottawa needs it. I have nothing against bands covering 'Mr Jones' in a Irish pub, but variety is a good thing.
Come and dance your socks off, drink like a Brit and have fun to some amazing spine-tingling music that is rarely to be found here in Ottawa and I sincerely look forward to playing it.
The mind-bending tuneage will be provided by....
Prodigy, Depeche Mode, Underworld, Hybrid, Sasha, Leftfield, Orbital, Way Out West, Groove Armada, FatBoy Slim, New Order, Utah Saints, Goldfrapp, Bonobo, Primal Scream, Kosheen, Chemical Brothers, Paul Oakenfold, Faithless, Happy Mondays, The Streets... and some cheeky surpises.

WHY?
1. For fun.
A spectacular kitted out club. With prizes (the queens jewels for one - a replica I presume) and drinks promotions to see in the weekend.
2. For a charity that dramatically improves lives around the world.
Proceeds go to Amnesty International who fight for human rights for all, a world without torture and some regulation of the twisted international arms trade.
TICKET INFO:
Tickets are just a simple $5 (or more if you wish) on the door, on the night. Easy.
100% to Amnesty International.
There will be a kick-ass prize draw thingie inside on the night to raise more cash too.
No one will have free entry, including me, so don't ask please.
